Outsourced ControllerWhat happens to what you send us

What the forms collect, how it is used, and how to have it deleted.

Who keeps it

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. This note is dated 24 October 2026, and a later version will carry its own date.

The fields on a form

A form keeps what you enter, which is your name, a phone number, your answer to the page's question and, if you choose, an email address. The YES box records that you asked us to reply. A hidden field catches automated junk and is never used to identify you.

The booking page holds a Microsoft Bookings calendar that loads only after you tap to open it. Nothing is reserved until you pick a time there.

What the pages record

A visit may be recorded with two random identifiers kept in your browser, one lasting and one that ends with the tab, along with the page that sent you and any campaign tags in the link. The record stays with us and shows which pages help. No record is made when your browser sends Do Not Track.

There is no advertising pixel and no outside analytics on these pages. The service that delivers them keeps ordinary request logs for security, and a Cloudflare check on each form turns away automated submissions.

How it is used and how long it stays

We use what you send to answer you, to prepare for the call you asked for and to start work if you engage us. Personal information is never sold or shared for someone else's advertising, and no automated system makes decisions about you.

We keep a note while we answer it, and longer only if an engagement and its records require it. Ask through any form or the chat and we will show you what we hold, correct it or delete it.
