What the pages are for

These pages are general reading about the dates, approvals and records a small company has to keep track of. They are not advice about your company, and reading them does not make you a client. Rules and dates change and apply differently to different facts, so confirm anything that affects a filing before you act on it.

The free Second Look call is a conversation. It creates no engagement and no obligation for either side. Paid work begins only when both sides sign a letter that names the scope and the fee.

The letter, the fee and your records

The signed letter sets the work, and the fee follows it. Anything outside the letter is priced and agreed before it starts. Either side may end the engagement in writing, fees earned up to then stay due, and your records are returned.

A calendar only works with the papers and logins behind it. Your records, your accounts and your decisions remain yours, and if something is missing we tell you rather than guess.

The words, drawings and clips here belong to the practice that publishes them. You may read, print and quote them with credit, and you may not republish the site or train a product on it without written permission. The site is offered as it is, and nothing here limits a liability the law does not let us limit.

Texas law governs these terms. A dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
